These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and d666 ("d666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://d666.click ("Platform"). Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on d666. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d666 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. d666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

• You must notify d666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

• Accounts found to contain false registration information will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

All d666 account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). d666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at d666's discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to d666's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. d666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if your account has not completed identity verification or if the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for active bonus wagering requirements.

• d666 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made using promotional funds or bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
• d666 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of AML or fraud review procedures.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, applied against the real-money balance.

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and identity verification on d666.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• d666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in disqualification from all current and future promotions and may result in account closure.
• Free bets and free spins are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and carry no monetary value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

All bets placed and games played on d666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In placing a bet or initiating a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

d666 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all casino games and crash titles. Outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced or predicted. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with d666's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except at d666's sole discretion.
• d666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, pricing error, or obvious mistake has occurred.
• Cricket and PSL markets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during live events at d666's discretion to protect the integrity of the market.
• d666 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any game or betting market at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on d666. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one d666 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes knowingly for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law without disclosing this to d666.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the d666 Platform or its underlying software.

All content on the d666 Platform — including but not limited to the d666 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of d666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any d666 content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by technical failure, network interruption, or platform downtime.

d666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your d666 account at the time the claim arises. d666 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components, though we take reasonable steps to ensure service continuity.

d666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at d666.click/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

d666 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa operators), identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our AML obligations.
